How personalization works
- Type your details in the fields on the product page — names, dates, a short message. Check spelling; we print exactly what you type.
- Add a card message in the note box at checkout. We handwrite it on the card, free.
- Approve your proof. For engraved and printed designs we email a digital proof within 1 business day. Reply "approved" or send changes. Orders go to production after approval (or automatically after 24 hours if we don't hear back, to protect your delivery date).
- We make and ship it — 1–3 business days to make, then 3–5 business days delivery in the US.
Photo uploads
Use the largest, sharpest photo you have (phone photos are fine). Avoid screenshots and heavily filtered images. We lightly adjust brightness and crop for the product; we never alter faces.
Character limits and symbols
Each product lists its maximum characters. Emojis are not supported on engraved items. Accents (é, ñ, ü) are fine.
