Shipping Policy
Where we ship. United States (all 50 states), Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia. Other countries: contact us first.
Production time. Made-to-order and personalized items are produced within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri) at our production partners in the US and EU. You receive a confirmation email immediately and a tracking email once the parcel ships.
Delivery time (after production).
- United States: 3–5 business days. Free on orders over $70, otherwise $5.95.
- United Kingdom / EU: 5–10 business days, from $7.95. EU orders ship from an EU production partner where available, so no import duty applies.
- Canada / Australia: 7–15 business days, $9.95.
Time-sensitive gifts. If a gift must arrive by a date (a funeral, a wedding, a due date), email admin@yearsofus.com before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.
Multiple items. Items may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You are only charged shipping once.
Wrong address. Double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, we reship once you cover the new shipping fee.
Lost parcels. If tracking shows no movement for 15 days (US) or 30 days (international), email admin@yearsofus.com with your order number and we will reship or refund — your choice.
Customs. Orders outside the US/EU may be subject to import duties set by your country. These are not included in our prices.
