By using yearsofus.com or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products. We sell gifts and keepsakes, many of them personalized and made to order. Product photos are for illustration; natural materials (wood, stone, fabric) vary slightly and colors may differ by screen. You are responsible for the accuracy of the personalization text you submit and approve.

Pricing and payment. Prices are in US dollars unless a different currency is shown at checkout. Volume discounts and promotions are applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated. Payment is captured when you place the order.

Order acceptance. An order confirmation email means we received your order, not that we accepted it. We may cancel and refund any order for reasons including stock or pricing errors, content we cannot produce (offensive text, third-party trademarks or copyrighted images), or suspected fraud.

Your content. By submitting names, text or photos for personalization you confirm you have the right to use them and grant us a licence to reproduce them solely to make your order.

Shipping and returns. Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Use of the site. You agree not to misuse the site, scrape it, upload malicious code, or infringe the intellectual property of Years of Us or others. Content on the site (text, images, designs, logo) belongs to Years of Us or its licensors.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Years of Us is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights in the EU/UK.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Consumers in the EU/UK keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
