How long does it take?

Personalized pieces are made to order in the US and ship in 3–5 business days; you get a proof by email before we make it.

Can I see it before it ships?

Yes. Every personalized item comes with a digital proof to approve or edit — names, dates and spelling are checked with you first.

Can it ship straight to the recipient?

Yes. Enter their address at checkout and your email for the proof; no prices are shown inside the package, and we can add a card in your words.

What if there is a mistake?

If we misprint what you approved, we remake it free. Personalized items otherwise are final sale, which is why the proof step matters.

Framed or unframed?

Unframed ships flat in a tube and fits standard frames; framed ships ready to hang.
